Insurance

Drs. Blevins and Pruneau are in-network providers with Aetna, First Choice, and PacificSource. We can also provide supporting documentation to clients seeking to use out-of-network benefits with other plans.

Many people use their insurance plans to reimburse therapy services and others pay for therapy on their own. Your choice about using insurance at Juniper may depend on cost and privacy. Insurance decreases the cost of therapy.  Most companies also require disclosure of a mental health diagnosis in order to cover treatment. We encourage you to evaluate your options and tell your provider how you would like to proceed.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Juniper has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $30. Missed appointments without notice will be charged $50.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of healthcare services, which includes your care at Juniper. If you would like this form, please alert your provider.
